Western Iowa Surf Soccer Club (originally founded in 1978 as Council Bluffs Youth Soccer Association) is a community-centered youth soccer organization dedicated to providing "the best of the best" soccer experiences for players in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and surrounding communities. As a proud member of Surf Nation, the club offers development pathways spanning from a player's first touch at age 4 through college-ready competition at U19.

The Little Surfers program (formerly known as the NEST program) is the club's specialized introductory soccer experience for its youngest athletes (ages 4 and 5). It introduces U4 and U5 players to the ball, the game, and the joy of being part of a team. Hosted in a fun, positive, and low-pressure environment, the program utilizes 40-minute sessions specifically designed to build foundational confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for the game.
