Washington Area Soccer Program (WASP) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit (501(c)(3)) youth soccer organization serving Washington and the surrounding Washington County area of southeast Iowa. Founded in 2016 by volunteer organizers and coaches, WASP brings youth soccer to the area for players of all ages.

Its mission is to provide participating children a fun and safe environment to practice not only the skills of the sport but also sportsmanship, teamwork and innovation. The program serves boys and girls from about U6 through U19 and is a member of Iowa Soccer.
