Rozeboom Futbol Academy (RFA) is a youth soccer academy serving the Des Moines metro of central Iowa, with home play at the James W. Cownie Soccer Complex. It is led by founder Lance Rozeboom, an Iowa native and former professional soccer player, and is built around high-quality skills development delivered through intentional guidance, positive reinforcement and quality teamwork.

RFA deliberately limits its coach-to-player ratio to give players focused attention, honest feedback and a fun, positive soccer culture, with the goal of building the foundational skills young players need to become quality, respectful athletes. The academy competes in the Iowa Development League and is a member of Iowa Soccer.
