Iowa ODP (the Iowa Olympic Development Program) is the state Olympic Development Program run by the Iowa Soccer Association and based in Des Moines. Part of the US Youth Soccer (USYS) ODP pathway, its purpose is to identify, train and develop the most advanced players in Iowa to their full potential and to give them a route toward regional, national and international competition.

Organized by birth-year age groups, Iowa ODP holds tryouts each August and runs alongside a player's regular club participation, with training scheduled through the year under selected, licensed coaches. It serves as a recognized development and college-exposure pathway, and Iowa ODP teams have competed for regional and national honors.
